Game Sessions

When participating in game sessions:

  • Hosts have moderation powers within their sessions
  • Players must respect the host and other players
  • Sessions may be public or private based on host settings
  • Chat history may be cached temporarily for session continuity

Voice

When using voice chat features:

  • You consent to your voice being transmitted to other participants
  • You agree not to record sessions without all participants' consent
  • You will respect others' audio preferences (mute requests, etc.)

Intellectual Property

TalkSpinChat and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

TalkSpinChat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Results from using the service will be accurate
  • The service will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TalkSpinChat be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:
